Hampton Inn & Suites Manchester-Bedford

Not advise this place at all , very unhappy customer with.them & priceline together . Just because i paid for nights through priceline , hampton inn & suites of 8 hawthorne drive bedford nh. Expects me to pay 500$ more for incidentals . Being out price of room + tax then get hit for 500$ when get to hotel when told no incidentals.... very poor bussiness ethics i must say left out in the cold . Thank you priceline & hampton inn & suites 8 hawthorne drive bedford nh . Hampton inn & suites has responded simply with all hotels charge incidentals ... not understanding every clerk shouldnt be asking for different amounts and they simply left a paying customer out in the cold .. im understanding incidentals and a 20$/ night returned expense but , no incedenrals to a $100 total incidental to a $250 night incedental once arriving is misleading &.complete lack of bussiness ethics &/ or morals . Thank you. Hampton inn & suites has not been in touch with me directly so not sure about your response here as well

Serena was great. She provided great customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure that me and my family taken care of She was great , there was even a woman that was kind of being mouthy in the lobby about some sort of check in discrepancy with a child and she was kind and transparent and show patience. I think she deserves a raise. Great job. Serena

The bed was pretty comfortable. The room seemed clean. They had a decent selection of food for the free breakfast, and the coffee was good. It was a pretty good stay for our daughter's graduation. It wasn't anything special, but it was comfortable. I think the price was a little high for what you get, but I guess that is par for the travel business.

We come frequently to use the pool, always clean and friendly staff. We had a personal need on 2/15/26 and Steve at the front desk was helpful, super courteous and just very kind. Thank you, Steve, for making something that could have been uncomfortable, not!!

Pleasant hotel. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds and a large TV screen with live TV as well as popular video streaming apps sign-in required ( Offers 24/7 free access to hot water for tea and hot chocolate as well as dark roast, light roast and decaf coffee. Good variety / warm breakfast. Pleasant, competent and "Ready to Serve & and Customer Satisfaction" mentality front desk service.

I stayed here for the convenience of being close in proximity to the airport. It wasn’t until I was mid flight to Florida that I realized I left my wedding and engagement ring in the bathroom of my room. My husband reached out to the staff immediately and they had already secured it in a safe and held it until I got home 5 days later. Secondary to the new found trust I have in this hotel, I blame their incredibly smelling lotion in the room for the reason my rings were even taken off in the first place hahaha! Looking forward to my next stay!

Overall a great stay, there was some construction work but we were pretty warned. Only one elevator working though and it was being used by Staff too, so really slow service. There was some noise at around 4AM which we initially thought was another guest but later found that it was a Housekeeper following a Soapie on her phone. This continued for hours until 9:30, hence we were able to identify the "culprit" Comparative to the Downtown Property of the same Hampton Brand, this property is far superior.

Had a great stay here! The room was clean and pretty up-to-date. Check-in was quick and smooth. Parking was easy, the location was great and safe, and the rate was awesome- very thankful for that. If I had to suggest improvements, they would be small: 1) a newer toilet in the room would be nice, and 2) hard-boiled eggs and chocolate milk at breakfast would be appreciated. But everything else was perfect- I’d recommend this place 100%!
